"I asked Rachel if she could quote for and perform a deep clean of our main base The Old School House last month. This is no ordinary task as the large 125-year-old granite building has multiple activity rooms as well as 4 toilets, 2 kitchens and 3 offices!

The space is also what we like to call in an “organised chaos” with resources, arts & crafts, toys and sensory equipment stacked on every corner and every shelf due to our lack of storage. Due to the age and size of the building, it can be very tricky to keep clean and it doesn’t take long before dust and cobwebs build up.

Rachel came for a brief walkthrough, and I had a quote returned within 24 hours. It was a very competitive rate, and I was more than happy to proceed.

Rachel and her team made sure to work around us and even attended on a Saturday so they could have access to the building when we weren't in session.

The team did a fantastic job and left all surfaces, floors, kitchens and bathrooms sparkling with some of our kids even commenting on how much better the place smelled! We could see a noticeable difference, especially on the floors which came up brilliantly, and I want to say a huge thank you to Rachel and the Goldstar team because we know it can’t have been an easy job and they went above and beyond to get the place spotless and in order.

I would highly recommend their services, and so much so we will be returning to them every 6 months to do regular deep cleans to help support our in-house cleaner going forwards."

I was incredibly impressed by the speed of the response, the same day Rachel got back in touch to arrange for a team member to go out and visit the property, and within a couple of days I had the quote. It was very reasonable, and straightforward for me to accept the work and get it booked in.

Within a week, the team had gone to the house and completed a thorough tidy up of the front garden, even paying attention to the flowers and bulbs… to ensure that they were left to grow.

All of this was done with out me even having to attend, and all communication done by email, which was ideal as it meant that I didn’t have to take time out of my day. I received an email with a picture of the garden and it looked fantastic!
